ZOO Digital Group plc (LON: ZOO), the localisation and digital media services partner to the global entertainment industry, wishes to advise that as previously announced on 23 January 2025 and 12 August 2025, Phillip Blundell stepped down as a director of ZOO and all relevant group companies with effect from 13 August 2025 and has left the Company.

Robert Pursell has been formally appointed as a director of ZOO and all relevant group companies as well as being appointed company secretary with effect from 13 August 2025.
