Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Bond is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Leonard as a non-executive Director. Mr Leonard, 54, is a Director and the President of Constellation Software Inc., a position he has held since 1995, prior to which he worked in the venture capital business for eleven years.

Commenting on the appointment, Steve Russell, CEO, said:

Save as disclosed below there are no additional disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules for Mark Leonard.

Mark Leonard currently holds 965,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which, following the admission to trading of the 3,505,083 Ordinary Shares on 15 November 2010, represents 2.6 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
