HELPHIRE GROUP PLC ("HELPHIRE" or the "Company")
DIRECTORATE CHANGES
Helphire announces that Mark Jackson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a founder of Helphire, has informed the Board of his intention to retire. He will remain with the Company until a successor is appointed and will assist in handing over to the in-coming Chief Executive. A process to find his successor is underway.
David Lindsay, whose role as Group Finance Director was assumed by Mark Adams with effect from 1 April 2008, has also informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company with immediate effect.
Rodney Baker-Bates, Chairman of Helphire said:
"Mark and David have been instrumental in the development of Helphire and we thank them for their invaluable contribution. Mark founded Helphire in 1992 and has led its growth over the past 11 years and the Board would like to thank him for his contribution to the growth and development of the Company and wish him well for the future."
