In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9(R), Pollen Street advises the market that Lynn Fordham, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Czechoslovak Group. This took effect from when Czechoslovak Group commenced trading on Euronext in Amsterdam on 23 January 2026 (ticker symbol: CSG).
