Resignation of Directors
Petroceltic, (PCI.L) the independent oil and gas exploration and production company announces today the resignation of two non-executive directors, Don Wolcott and Joe Mach, effective immediately.
Messrs Mach and Wolcott have tendered their respective resignations following the decision of shareholders to support the Board's recommendations in respect of all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 25th February. Mr Wolcott and Mr Mach had dissented from the Board's recommendation in respect of all resolutions.
