Board changes

The Board of Snoozebox Holdings plc ("Snoozebox" or the "Company") (AIM: ZZZ) announces the following Board changes, all of which take place today with immediate effect.

David Morrison, Non-executive Chairman, has resigned from the Board and Chris Errington, currently Non-executive Director, has assumed the role of Non-executive Chairman.

Richard Davies, Non-executive Director, has left the Board due to ill health. The Company currently has no plans to replace Richard Davies.

Chris Errington, Chairman of the Company, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank David for his very significant contribution to the Company over the last four years including a substantial period during which he enabled the refinancing and stabilisation of the business in an executive capacity.

The Board is saddened that Richard will no longer be able to continue his role on the Snoozebox Board and on behalf of the rest of the Board, both personally and professionally, I would like to thank him for his contribution over the last four years."
