Board Retirement
Further to its announcement in January, St. Modwen announces that Lesley James will retire from her position as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2018.
Lesley joined the Board in 2009 as a non-executive director and Remuneration Committee Chair.
Chairman Bill Shannon, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Lesley for her exceptional Chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee and for her extensive contribution to the Board during her tenure at St. Modwen. We wish her all the best."
St. Modwen confirms that there are no further disclosures required under paragraph 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules in relation to this retirement.
