DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Blue Prism, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that it has appointed Rachel Mooney as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 28 September 2020. Rachel will join and chair the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 October 2020 and will also join the Audit Committee with effect from 1 November 2020.

Rachel brings a strong background in Human Resources and has significant experience in scaling software businesses, developing a culture of innovation, creating agile organizational structures and driving business transformation. She held a number of leadership roles at Google in Europe, including Head of Organisational Culture, EMEA, during its international expansion between 2003 and 2010, joining when the global headcount was 1,000. Following this Rachel served in a variety of HR leadership roles at Vodafone, including as HR Director of the Shared Services and Group Corporate functions of more than 20,000 people. Rachel is currently Chief People & Culture Officer at Snow Software, the global leader in technology intelligence solutions, where she is responsible for HR strategy and operations across 19 offices around the world, and is a member of the global executive leadership team.

Building on this appointment, the Board is actively exploring options to further strengthen the range of global software industry experience and expertise available to it, in particular from the US, in guiding the Group's development.
