Change in Directorship - Appointment of Director (Projects) on the board of GAIL (India) Limited

This is to inform MOPNG vide letter no. CA-31022/2/2019-PNG (28687) dated 11.02.2022 has nominated Shri Deepak Gupta as Director (Projects) of the Company (Attached). The Board in its meeting held today, i.e., on 12.02.2022 approved the appointment of Shri Deepak Gupta (DIN 09503339) as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 12.02.2022 to hold the post of Director (Projects).

The information pertaining to Shri Deepak Gupta is as under:

a) Brief profile: -

Shri Deepak Gupta is a Mechanical Engineer, a DCE alumnus, with more than 31 years of rich and diverse experience in Oil and Gas Sector encompassing Project Management, Construction Management and Business Development functions. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the PMI, USA.

b) Disclosure of relationships between Directors: -

Shri Deepak Gupta does not have any relation inter-se with other Director(s) of the Company.

c) Further, it is to affirm that Shri Deepak Gupta is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any such statutory authority.
