John Wood Group PLC (the "Group") - Board changes
Resignation of Director
Wendell Brooks, the Group Executive Director responsible for the Well Support division, will resign from the board and leave the Group on 28th September. Wendell has been with the Group since 1994 and a director since 1999.
Commenting on the change, Chief Executive, Allister Langlands said, "The Board is grateful to Wendell for his valuable contribution to the growth of our Well Support business over the last several years. Wendell leaves with the Board's best wishes for the future."
A process is under way to appoint Wendell's successor and an appointment will be announced in due course.
