Mr McGuinness, aged 34, has been Chief Executive of TBWA/London, a leading UKadvertising agency, since 2002. He has recently been involved in setting up anddeveloping Stream Ltd, a TBWA company focusing on the marketing of brandedentertainment content. Prior to joining TBWA, Mr McGuinness worked for fiveyears at J. Walter Thompson in London followed by two years at M&C Saatchi inSydney.
