Tracey willbe responsible for group human resource strategy. Tracey, 41, joins the Board on a part time basis from GCap Media plc. Traceywill be focussing on best practice human resource initiatives across the group.Prior to a career in human resources, Tracey worked within account handling atadvertising agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty.
