Directorate Changes and Notifications of Interests in Shares

The Company today announces the resignation of Mr John Alexander as Chairman of the Company and the appointment of Mr Desmond Bloom, Mr Baron Bloom and Mr Oliver Fattal as directors of the Company with immediate effect. Desmond Bloom replaces John Alexander as Chairman of the Company and Baron Bloom and Oliver Fattal have been appointed as joint Chief Executive Officers of the Company. Further information on the new directors is set out below.

The Company further announces that it was notified on 23rd March 2011 that Mr John Alexander has sold an aggregate of 14,950 ordinary shares, representing 14.95% of the current issued share capital of the Company, at a price of £11.00 per share and that Ms Angela Nash has sold an aggregate of 14,950 ordinary shares, representing 14.95% of the current issued share capital of the Company, at a price of £11.00 per share.

The Company was also notified on 23rd March 2011 that the following persons had acquired the following shareholdings in the Company:

Mr Baron Bloom 7,200 ordinary shares

Mrs Bela Bloom 6,700 ordinary shares

Mr Oliver Fattal 14,000 ordinary shares

Desmond Bloom (Aged 64)

Desmond Bloom has been engaged in various chairman and board level roles for listed and unlisted commercial property investment companies and funds since the 1980's and also acted as a director and property advisor to the Belinvest Real Estate Investment Fund which raised $200m in 1996. More recently, Desmond joined Manx & Overseas plc, a commercial property investment company quoted on AIM, in 1998 as chairman and managing director. He was a non-executive director of Eurocity Properties between 2000 and 2002 and managing director of Hemisphere Properties, which became an AIM quoted company in 2003 from its formation in 2001 until he resigned in June 2005. Desmond was also Chief Executive of Equable Properties PLC which was dissolved on 10 August 2010.
