He replaces Jim Clarke who, as previously announced, isleaving the Company. Keith, 42, is currently commercial Finance Director at Tesco plc and has been atTesco for four years. Prior to that he was Director of Financial Operations atT&S Stores plc, which was acquired by Tesco. Keith has a BA in Economics andqualified as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick McLintock (now part ofKPMG). He will commence working at JD Wetherspoon on the 9th January, 2008.
