Jay Hodgson (aged 71), non-executive Director of Alba Mineral Resourcesplc has resigned from the Board on 23 March 2007 to concentrate on otherbusiness interests. Dr. Hodgson will, however, retain a role with the Companyas a consultant on regional exploration strategy and other technical matters.
