Director Resignation
Further to the announcement made on 12 July 2019, and in accordance with paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that Nick Bray, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned as a Director of the Company effective from 6 November 2019, and will remain in employment to 15 November 2019.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Bray for his contribution and wishes him every success for his future endeavours.
