DIRECTOR CHANGE

The Board of Redrow announces that Paul Hampden Smith, a non- executive director since 2009, has notified the Board of his wish to stand down. The Board has accepted his resignation with immediate effect.

Redrow remains committed to maintaining an appropriate balance of executive directors and independent non-executive directors on its board and the nominations committee, chaired by Alan Jackson, the senior independent director, will commence a search for an additional independent non-executive director.
