Altitude Group Announces Directorate Change
Altitude Group ("Altitude" or "the Group"), the promotional merchandise and marketing solutions group, announces that Craig Slater its Chief Executive Officer has today tendered his resignation from the Board. In order for there to be an orderly handover of executive duties there will be a period of transition before Craig departs the Group. Martin Varley has agreed to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Altitude Group, effective immediately, while a longer term review of the appropriate structure for the business is completed.
Tim Sykes, the Finance Director of Altitude Group, has today also tendered his resignation from the Board. The services of Tim Sykes are provided by Penta-FD, an outsource service provider, and Tim will continue in the operational role while a replacement is identified.
