Appointment of New Director
The Company announces today that Andrew William Walker, aged 66, has been appointed as non-executive director with immediate effect. Andrew Walker is currently a director or partner of the following companies: DWF LLP and Minorplanet Systems plc.
In the past five years Andrew has been a director or partner of the following companies: Leeds Financial Services Limited, Moorlands School Limited, Pinsent Curtis and Watson Burton LLP.
Andrew Walker does not hold any shares in the Company.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies.
