Board changes
The Board of Travelzest announces that the Company and Colin McKinlay, Group Finance Director have agreed that Mr McKinlay will today step down as Group Finance Director. Mr McKinlay has agreed to remain on the Board until no later than 30 June 2009 to assist with the transition of his duties.
John (Jack) Fraser, currently Chief Finance Officer of iTravel2000 (registered name: 4358736 Canada Inc.), the Company's largest subsidiary, has today been appointed to the Board of Travelzest and will replace Mr McKinlay as Group Finance Director, with effect from today.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, it is noted that Jack Fraser (39) is a Director of the following companies:-
Your Quick Gateway (Windsor) Inc. (Windsor International Airport)
2149201 Ontario Inc.
2190320 Ontario Inc.
7098561 Ontario Inc.
1471206 Ontario Inc.
Travelzest confirms that there are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies with respect to Jack Fraser.
