Further to the announcement made on 20 March 2019, Marshall Motor Holdings Plc announces that Sarah Dickins, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will step down from the Board on 30 June 2019.
As previously announced, the process of recruiting Sarah's successor is underway and the Company will make a further announcement when this is complete. In the meantime, the Company's Chairman, Richard Parry-Jones, will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee on an interim basis until a replacement is in post.

The Group's principal activities are the sale and repair of new and used vehicles. The Group's businesses have a total of 106 franchises covering 23 brands, operating from 84 locations across 27 counties in England.
