FUTURE RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Tony Illsley, Senior Independent Director for KCOM Group PLC, has indicated his intention to retire from the Board at the AGM on 22 July 2016 after seven years with the business.
A recruitment process is now underway to seek a replacement Senior Independent Director.
