The Company announces that David Browne has notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director on 30 June 2018. He will also retire as a Non-Executive Director of Clydesdale Bank PLC.

David joined the CYBG PLC group in May 2012 and is a member of the Board's Audit Committee, the Board's Risk Committee and the Board's Remuneration Committee.

Jim Pettigrew, Chairman of the CYBG PLC Board said "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank David Browne for his six years of service and contribution to the Board and the committees on which he has served. We wish David all the best for the future."

There are no other matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
