The Board of IPSO announces that Simon Haworth has today resigned from the board of IPSO with immediate effect to focus on other business interests. Simon is a co-founder of IPSO.

The Board of IPSO has resolved to focus on the Company's core activities and assets. As a result the Company's human capital division, BSG Team Ventures, will be closed with immediate effect and the Company will cease to provide their human capital offering on an in-house basis.

Simon Haworth commented: "I remain a significant shareholder in the Company and an enthusiastic supporter of IPSO. I intend to continue to make the necessary teambuilding expertise available to the portfolio companies but on an ad hoc, outsourced basis."
