The Board of Findel is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Siddle as a Director and Chief Executive of the Group with immediate effect.

Roger Siddle brings a wealth of experience to Findel, and he has spent the past four months advising the Group on its Full Potential Review. Most recently, Roger was Chief Executive of BPP Holdings plc, one of Europe's largest professional training and education companies, and oversaw its successful sale to Apollo Global in 2009. Roger is a former Managing Partner of the UK business of Bain & Company, the leading global business consulting firm.

Roger Siddle will succeed Philip Maudsley, who will become Managing Director of the Group's Home Shopping business and remain a member of Findel's Board.

I have worked alongside Roger in the past, and he has a proven track record as a manager, demonstrated during his time at BPP and Bain, and combines operational experience with strategic expertise.

We would also like to thank Philip Maudsley for his contribution in leading the Group as Chief Executive over the past year, during what has been an extremely challenging time for Findel. Philip is an invaluable member of Findel's management team with extensive experience in Home Shopping. I am delighted that he has agreed to focus his efforts where they will be most valuable to the Group."

Mr. Siddle was a Director of BPP Holdings plc between August 2007 and July 2009. There is no further information to be disclosed under Sections 9.6.13 R(2) to (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules in respect of Mr. Siddle's appointment.
