The Company hereby announces that on the basis of decision of the Supervisory Board and subsequent consent of the sole shareholder of the Company - JSC Partnership Fund, Alex Nikolaishvili has been appointed as Director of Freight of the Company. Alex Nikolaishvili has over 17 years of experience in working in the Company. Prior to his appointment as the Director of Freight he has been serving as Head of Freight Transportation Department of the Freight SBU.
