Board Committee Appointments
This announcement replaces the announcement with RNS Number 2455Q, released at 15:30 on 10 October 2013, to correct a typographical error.
The Board of WS Atkins plc has made the following change to the membership of its committees:
- Allister Langlands has joined the Audit Committee with effect from 9 October 2013 and will succeed Joanne Curin as the Chairman of this committee on 1 February 2014.
