Board appointments
Tangent is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Smith to the board as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect. Alan has served on the boards of Marks and Spencer, Kingfisher, and Mothercare. He is currently a Non-executive Director of Colefax Group, Martin McColl and Space NK. Alan's experience of the consumer sector will be of great benefit to the Company.
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Cameron to the Board as Finance Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect. Kevin has managed the group finances since June 2009 and he brings to the board many years of experience from within the Ravensworth business. Kevin has been Finance Director of Ravensworth Digital Services since 2003, a company which was acquired by Tangent in March 2007.
