15 July 2013 St Ives plc - Board appointment The board of St Ives plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Gordonas a non-executive director of the Company with effect from today. Ben willserve on the Company's Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees withimmediate effect. Ben spent nine years as CEO of Mothercare Plc until 2011 and the previous threeyears as senior vice president and managing director, Disney Store, Europe andAsia Pacific. Ben has previously held senior positions within W.H. Smith Groupin the UK and USA and with L'Oreal S.A. in France and the UK. Ben is anon-executive director of Britvic plc.
