Finance Director and other Senior Management appointments

Scapa is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Edwards to the Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect. His most recent role was as Finance Director of NCC Group plc.

Commenting on the appointment Heejae Chae, Group Chief Executive, said: -

"I am delighted that Paul will be joining us as Finance Director. Paul brings a wealth of experience having been involved in the flotation of NCC Group plc on AIM and its subsequent move up to the Official List. He has spent the early part of his career at leading supply chain and manufacturing companies which will be of great benefit to the Company.

I am also pleased to announce the appointment of Ralf Seufert as Group Commercial Director and Tracy Sheedy as Group HR Director. Ralf joins us from Quadrant Plastic Composites AG where he was Director of Global Marketing and Sales. Prior to Quadrant, Ralf spent 8 years at GE Advanced Materials with global sales responsibility. Tracy joins us from BAE Systems (MAS) where she was Head of Organisation and Capability Development. Prior to BAE, Tracy was HR Director at Georgia Pacific and Convatec.

The appointments follow on from the appointments earlier in the year of Ian Marchant, who joined us from GE Security and Sensing to head up our global operations, and Gene Kim, who joined us from Cisco Systems to head our electronics and Asian business. These appointments complete the reinvigoration of the Scapa senior leadership team to take the Group through the new and exciting period of growth and opportunities."
