1 November 2010 FIRSTGROUP PLC Directorate change
Further to the announcement made on 22 September 2010, FirstGroup plc confirms that Tim O'Toole succeeded Sir Moir Lockhead as Chief Executive with effect from today, 1 November 2010. Sir Moir Lockhead has also stepped down from the Board today but will continue to assist with the transition until his planned retirement on 31 March 2011.
Tim O'Toole holds 5592 FirstGroup plc shares at the date of his appointment as Chief Executive.
