GCP Student Living plc (the "Company") Appointment of New Director The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Marlene Wood as anon-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 23 March 2015. Mrs Wood, a chartered accountant, has a broad range of experience in both theprivate and public sectors and is currently a non-executive director ofScottish Funding Council, One Parent Families Scotland and EdinburghPrintmakers. She spent twenty years with The Miller Group, a major UK propertybusiness, predominantly as finance director for Miller Developments, theproperty development and investment arm, and later as group accounting andtreasury director. Until recently she was also chair of the audit committee forthe University of the Highlands and Islands. Mrs Wood is not currently, and has not been in the last five years, a directorof any other publicly quoted companies. There are no other details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R (2) to (6)of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules.
