RSA APPOINTS ENRICO CUCCHIANI AS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
RSA Insurance Group plc (RSA) today announces the appointment of Enrico Cucchiani to its Board as a Non-Executive Director as of 1st December. He will also join both the Risk and Remuneration Committees.
Enrico has over 35 years global executive and non-executive experience across financial services including banking and insurance and a number of blue chip brands. He spent over 15 years at Allianz in a variety of international roles, including Head of Global P&C and Head of Europe and South America.
Commenting on the appointment, RSA Chairman Martin Scicluna said:
“I am delighted to welcome Enrico to the Board. He brings with him a wealth of global financial services experience and a deep knowledge of the insurance sector. He also has significant Board experience with a number of blue chip organisations. I look forward to Enrico bringing new insights and ideas to RSA as we look to transform our business."

Within the past five years Enrico has been a director of the following publicly quoted companies Intesa San Paolo, Allianz SE, Pirelli & C.S.p.A and Unicredit Group but is not currently a director. There is no further information to disclose under LR 9.6.13.
