Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, has been informed by Ann Christin Andersen that, due to her other commitments, she will not seek re-election as a director of Rotork at the Company's AGM in April 2024 and will therefore step down from Rotork's board on 30 April 2024.
