20 November 2013 DIRECTORATE CHANGE Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) today announces the appointment of NicandroDurante as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 December 2013 Mr Durante, Brazilian/Italian, is Chief Executive Officer of British AmericanTobacco. (BAT), a FTSE100 company with brands sold in 180 markets. Mr Durantehas had an extensive career at BAT which he joined in 1981. He has held variouscommercial and financial roles, becoming Chief Operating Officer in January2008 and Chief Executive Officer in March 2011. He brings experience of ahighly regulated and innovation-led industry, alongside extensive emergingmarkets' experience, having worked in Asia, Africa and Latin America. He addsfurther international diversity to the RB board. Adrian Bellamy, Chairman of RB, commented "The Board is delighted that Nicandro has agreed to join us.
