RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

SCISYS PLC, a leading supplier of bespoke software systems and solutions, in accordance with rule 17 of the AIM Rules, announces that as of May 31st 2012 Prof Ulrich Reimers has resigned as a Director of SCISYS PLC. Prof. Reimers' intention to resign had already been communicated to shareholders in the Annual Report and Accounts for year ending December 2011 and was confirmed at the recent SCISYS PLC AGM on May 31st 2012.
