Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM: PEL), the AIM-listed design and build, proprietary attractions and licensing & distribution company ("Paragon" or "the Group"), announces that Pete Holdsworth, Technical Director, has today resigned from the Board of Paragon. Pete will continue to be employed by Paragon until 31 October 2016. Thereafter Pete will continue to support the company on key contracts in a consulting capacity.

 

Mark Taylor, Chairman of the Group, said

"I would like to thank Pete Holdsworth for his passion and commitment to Paragon over the last twenty three years. Pete had intended to reduce his workload at Paragon to pursue other opportunities and the recent progress made by Paragon has provided an opportunity for Pete to make this change with as little disruption as possible. Pete will continue to support Paragon with the delivery of its major projects."
