Further to the Company's announcement on 6 December 2016, Virgin Money Holdings (UK) plc is pleased to confirm that Darren Pope will become Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 July 2017.

This follows regulatory approval and an orderly transition of the Chairmanship from Norman McLuskie.

Norman remains Chair of the Remuneration Committee, a role he has held since 4 May 2017, following Marilyn Spearing's retirement from the Board, and Senior Independent Director.

The information required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules remains accurate, as set out in the previous announcement, with no additional information to be disclosed.
