Resignation of Director

The Board of London Capital Group Holdings plc announces that Amanda Shields, Chief Operating Officer and Director to the Board, has stepped down with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

CEO Simon Denham said "We are grateful for the support that Amanda has given the company and we wish her well for the future."
