Statement regarding the death of Stephen Redmond

Conduit Holdings Limited has learned with profound sadness of the death of Stephen Redmond, a Non‑Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Redmond died on Saturday 7 March 2026.

Nicholas Shott, Chair of the Board, said: "We are all deeply saddened by Stephen's death. He served on the Board with distinction, and we greatly valued his judgement, his experience and his personal integrity. He made a significant contribution to Conduit, and he will be greatly missed by all those who had the privilege to work alongside him. Our hearts go out to his wife and family at this very sad time."

Neil Eckert, Group Chief Executive Officer, added: "Stephen's passing is a profound loss for Conduit. He brought thoughtful challenge, deep experience and a genuine commitment to the long‑term success of Conduit. He was immensely supportive of the executive team, and we held him in the highest regard. He will be deeply missed".
