Directorate Changes
Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Group"), the international management consulting group, today announces that Mr. Marco Lopinto has been appointed to the Board as an executive director, with immediate effect.
Under the terms of the acquisition of Ineum Conseils et Associes S.A. ("Ineum") on 1 September 2006, the sellers of Ineum have the right to put forward a director for appointment to the Board up to 1 September 2010. They have proposed Mr Lopinto whose appointment has been approved by the Board. Mr Lopinto's appointment will run, subject to re-election at the 2010 Annual General Meeting, to 1 September 2010.
Mr Lopinto, 47, has dual French and Italian nationality, and is a graduate of the Lyon Business School (EM Lyon-France). He has been at Ineum Consulting since 2005, when he joined as a partner in the Communication, Media and Technology Practice. He is in charge of the Strategy Practice and plays a key role in the business development of the Ineum Consulting business. He is involved in major strategic and transformational engagements for leading companies in the media, telecom, internet and gaming industries.
He previously worked for A.T. Kearney, as Vice-President in the Communication, Media and Entertainment Practice, Carrefour Group, where he launched and was General Manager of the subsidiary dealing with B2C activities, @Carrefour. Prior to that, he was at Arthur Andersen, where he trained in the Audit and Business Advisory practice before becoming a Partner in Arthur Andersen Business consulting (now called Bearing Point).

Mr Lopinto is beneficially interested in 1,107,118 Ordinary Shares representing .33 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. An announcement will be made in due course of any further disclosures required under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
