Telit Communications PLC17 July 2006 Press Release 17 July 2006 Telit Communications plc ("Telit" or "the Company") Appointment of Director Telit Communications plc (AIM:TCM), the global wireless communications developerand distributor, is pleased to announce that Maurizio Gasparri has beenappointed to the Board of Telit as a Non-Executive Director with immediateeffect. Mr Maurizio Gasparri, aged 49, is currently a member of the Italian Parliament,having been elected to office in 1992. From 2001 to 2005 Mr Gasparri held theposition of Minister of Communications for Italy.
