BOARD CHANGE
Imperial Tobacco Group PLC announces that Non-Executive Director, Charles Knott has informed the Company that he will be leaving the Board with immediate effect.
Iain Napier, Chairman of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC commented "I would like to thank Charles for his contribution to the Company since his appointment to the Board in 2006 and I wish him well for the future".
The Company confirms that following the resignation of Mr Knott the Board remains appropriately constituted and in compliance with the Combined Code.
