Brammer PLC12 December 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 December 2006 BRAMMER PLC BOARD CHANGE Brammer, the European industrial services group, today announces that Mr ChrisConway is to retire from the board as planned on 31 December 2006. Mr Conway has been a member of the Brammer board since 1997, becoming seniorindependent non-executive director in 2005. Mr Terence Garthwaite will becomesenior independent non-executive director from 1 January 2007. David Dunn, non-executive chairman of Brammer plc, said: "Chris has served on the Brammer board for 9 years during which time he has madean immense contribution both as a non executive director and senior independentdirector.
