Board changes
The Board of Tejoori, the Dubai-based AIM-quoted company established to invest in Shari'a-compliant investments,announces that Mr Mahmood Al Mahmood has resigned as Chairman of Tejoori, with immediate effect, to pursue other business interests.
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Khaled Al Nasser has been appointed as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Khaled Al Nasser was previously a Non-Executive Director of Tejoori.
