Playtech Limited02 June 2006 Playtech Ltd Directorate Change Playtech, the AIM listed international designer, developer and licensor ofsoftware for the gambling industry, today announces the resignation of OmerShvili from his position as a non-executive director of the Board. During his time as a non executive, Mr. Shvili has also been working as aconsultant for iPoker, playtech's poker network, which has become increasinglyimportant in Playtech's progress over recent months. This has placed extrademands on Mr. Shvili's time resulting in his decision to step down from theBoard. He will retain his position as a consultant to iPoker and thus remainfully committed to Playtech's future success.
