3 March 2015 WALCOM GROUP LIMITED ("Walcom" or "the Company") Directorate Change Further to the announcement dated 2 February 2015, Walcom is pleased toannounce the appointment of Mr Frankie Yuet Leung Wong as Non-ExecutiveChairman of the Company, succeeding Eddie Chan with effect from 1 April 2015. Frankie Wong has been on the Board since 2003 and is currently a member of theaudit committee. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University ofLancaster and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the London Schoolof Economics and Political Science. He is currently an adviser to the Chairmanof the Shui On Group and an Executive Director of Shui On Holdings Ltd. He is aNon-executive Director of Shui On Land Limited, which is listed on The StockExchange of Hong Kong Limited. He is also a director of Sichuan Shuangma CementCo.Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
