Further to the announcement made on 1 September 2017, the Company announces that Roger Yates has today been appointed to the Jupiter Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
