Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) today announces that the Corporate Governance& Nomination Committee of the Nokia Board has proposed that Liz Doherty,currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RB, be elected as a member of theNokia Board. The appointment is subject to approval by Nokia shareholders attheir Annual General Meeting which is to be held on 7 May 2013.
As previously announced, Liz will shortly be stepping down as CFO of RB butwill remain with the business until March 2013 to ensure a smooth transition toAdrian Hennah who joined RB this month as CFO Designate.
