Glanbia PLC31 May 2007 Glanbia plc ('the Company') announces the following board changes with effect from 31 May 2007: • the appointment of Mr. Nicholas Dunphy as a Non-Executive Director of the Company; and• the retirement of Mr. Michael Keane as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Dunphy is also a Director of Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited and farmsat Grawn, Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford. Mr. Dunphy has notified the Company that he has no details to be disclosed asrequired under Paragraph 6.6.13, Chapter 6 of the Irish Listing Rules andParagraph 9.6.13, Chapter 9 of the UK Listing Rules. Mr. Dunphy has today (31 May 2007), on his appointment, notified the Company,pursuant to Section 53 of the Companies Act, 1990 as extended by Section 64 ofthe Companies Act 1990, that he is interested in 10,390 ordinary shares of €0.06each in Glanbia plc.
